To this end, the company has adopted an internal reporting system (‘whistleblowing’) that allows you to communicate, in a safe and confidential way, any illegal behavior or irregularities found in the workplace.

What can you report

may be reported, by way of example:

• Violations of laws and regulations
• behavior contrary to the corporate ethical code
• irregularities in the management of activities or processes
• situations that can compromise safety, even at work
• Administrative, accounting or environmental offenses

Who can report

The system is accessible to:

• employees
• collaborators
• suppliers and partners
• any person who has relations with the company

• Dedicated platform (preferable)
• Reserved email address
• other channels made available by the company

Confidentiality and protection of the whistleblower

Arca Defense Italy guarantees:

• the Maximum confidentiality the identity of the whistleblower
• The protection of personal data
• The prohibition of any form of retaliation or discrimination

The reports will be managed impartially, in compliance with current regulations.

Reporting management

Each report will be:

• taken over by authorized parties
• analyzed with independence and competence criteria
• managed within defined times

If necessary, appropriate corrective actions will be activated.

Responsibility

The whistleblowing system must be used responsibly and in good faith.
Unfounded reports, made with willful misconduct or gross negligence, may result in liability under the law.
