Information on the processing of personal data
The users of the site www.arcadefenseitaly.it — articles. 13 and 14 GDPR
This privacy policy covers the treatment of personal data of users who consult the site www.arcadefenseitaly.it and fully replaces the previous “privacy Policy”. It is supplied pursuant to art. 13 and 14 GDPR and it refers only to the specified site, not to other websites that may be reached through links.
1. Holder of the treatment
Holder of the treatment is the ARCA DEFENSE ITALY spa, with legal headquarters in Via Cino del Duca 5, 20122 Milano (MI) operational headquarters in the C. by the Terms snc, 66021 Casalbordino (CH), C. The Company has appointed dr. Noè MELE which the data protection officer (DPO).

2. The data processed, purposes and legal basis
2.1 browsing Data
The it systems responsible for the operation of the website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit inthe communication protocols of the Internet (IP addresses, access times, the resources required, response codes, the features of the browser). These data are processed only for the purpose of ensuring the proper functioning and security of the site (art. 6, par. 1 (f), GDPR) and are stored for a maximum of 90 days, save for the need to assessment offences.
2.2 Cookies and trace tools
The site uses only technical cookies necessary for the operation and storage of the preferences expressed by the banner, for which no consent is required (art. 122 of D. Lgs. 196/2003; the Guidelines of the Guarantor of cookies and other tracking 10/06/2021). For the detail, please refer to the cookie policy published on the website. In the event of a future activation of analytical cookies or profiling, banners, and policy will be updated and will be required to consent if necessary.
2.3 Requests made via contact form or e-mail
The data voluntarily provided by you (name, surname, e-mail, phone, content of the message) are processed only for the purpose of replying to the request of and for thefollow up to the pre-contract (art. 6, par. 1, letter b) and (f), GDPR) and are stored for 12 months from the feedback, except for the continuation of the relationship.
2.4 Applications (the“Work with us”)
The processing of data transmitted via the form shall be governed bythe privacy statement for applicants published on the same page, to which reference is made.
3. Recipients
The data are processed by authorized personnel of the Company and by WebZone s.r.l., supplier of hosting services and technical management of the site, the designated responsible for processing according to art. 28 GDPR; e-mail services are provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. The data is not disclosed or disclosed to other parties, except for legal obligations.
4. Transfers to third Countries
The data of the users of the site are not transferred outside of the european economic area.
5. Nature of conferment
Except for navigation data, the provision is free; the failure to provide data marked as mandatory in the form involves only limpossible to fulfil the request. The site is not intended for children under the age of 14 years and the Company does not knowingly collect data related.
6. Rights of theinterested
Lthe interested party can exercise the rights referred to in artt. 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, portability, in the cases provided for, and opposition by e-mail dpo@arcadefenseitaly.it, PEC dpo.arcadefenseitaly@pec.it The feedback is provided within one month (art. 12 GDPR). This is without prejudice to the right of complaint to the Guarantor for the protection of personal data (www.garanteprivacy.it) pursuant to art. 77 GDPR.
