The following activities are expected to begin upon completion of the authorization procedures and the construction of the necessary systems.

The M4A2 propellant charge is of the type ‘white bags” Designed for theUse on 155 mm howitzers.

We will carry out the packaging through the filling of 5 bags, numbered from 3 to 7, as described below:

  • Bag n ° 3 consists of 3 bags, sewn together, containing respectively small quantities of black powder and potassium and throwing powder;
  • The other 4 bags are filled with throwing powder.

The black powder is used in small quantities and acts as a igniter (Igniter), while the sulphate dı potassıo, a non-explosive powder, instead acts as an anti-vampa (flash reducer) to mitigate the flare-up effect of the dust black.
